How to Shop
Navigating the e-boutique
The stock available from the e-boutique is conveniently sorted into categories. These categories are listed on the right side of the website. Click on the preferred category and any relevant sub-categories will be displayed. Click on the preferred sub-category to see the full range of stock items available.

Some stock items have product variations – eg. a particular necklace may be available in 4 different colours. To see all the colour/style variations available, click on the product image. This takes you to a page with full details for the product, including photos and a listing of any variations if applicable.

Once you are in the detailed page for the stock item, you can have a closer look at the product by enlarging the image - simply click on the magnifying glass underneath it. To enlarge the photo for a product variation, click on the small photo shown. If you would like to order the item, type in the quantity you require and “add to cart”. Click on the “back to products” icon above the photo to return to the product list, or click on a category on the right hand side to move on to another section. To return to the home page at any time, click on the my addiction logo at the top left hand side.

Making a Purchase
To make a purchase, simply browse through the e-boutique, click on any items that you wish to buy, enter the quantity and add them to the shopping cart. When you have finalized your selections, view your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete the delivery and payment details. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your order.

Please ensure the delivery address given is one where someone will be able to receive and sign for a parcel during normal business hours. A PO Box is also suitable. Your order will be sent via Courier or Registered Post so that delivery can be tracked once goods have departed.

Gift Service
If you are buying a gift, it can be sent directly to the recipient – simply put their details in the delivery address section. Gift wrapping is a free service that can be requested during the ordering process. If you purchase a card to accompany the gift, write the message you would like to appear on the card in the "Special Instructions" box. If the gift needs to arrive by a certain date, please allow adequate time for it to reach the recipient. (See below – Delivery Time)

Gift Vouchers can be purchased through the e-boutique. The voucher can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. Vouchers are numbered and recorded to track their use and will expire after one year. When the recipient wishes to use their voucher to purchase from the e-boutique, they will need to email their order to info@myaddiction.com.au quoting their voucher number.

Payment
All prices shown are in Australian dollars & include GST (Goods & Services Tax). Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard via the secure PAYPAL link. Once you have completed your order, simply click on the PAYPAL button and follow the instructions. Please note that Visa or Mastercard payments are processed immediately. If you pay using your bank account, funds may take up to 5 days to clear. Goods will be dispatched when the funds are cleared.

You don’t need to have a PAYPAL account to proceed, however opening an account will speed up the payment procedure next time you log on. Paypal offers excellent security for purchasers – for more information, visit www.paypal.com.au

Delivery Time
If the goods ordered are in stock, anticipated delivery time is within 7 days (Australia wide). To enquire about an Express delivery, please email info@myaddiction.com.au (Additional charges may apply for this service.) If the goods aren’t in stock or a delay is expected, an email notification of this will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of the order.

Delivery Charges
Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.00.*
Orders over $100 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.*
International deliveries will be charged at cost - please contact info@myaddiction.com.au for a freight quote prior to placing an order.
(*This covers one parcel up to 25kg delivered Australia wide. Charges will apply for additional parcels or international deliveries.)

Email Orders
We are happy to accept orders (or enquiries) by email.

Payment can be made once stock availability is confirmed. When payment has been received, the goods will be dispatched.

Returns
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, please advise my addiction within 48 hours. Arrangements will then be made to retrieve the goods and organize a replacement.

Goods must be returned in original (unused) condition; with proof of purchase (Tax Invoice); with customer’s contact details (name, delivery address, email address and daytime phone contact); and at the customer’s expense. Once the returned goods have been received, my addiction will authorize an exchange for goods of equal value.
