1. Product Availability
Every effort is made to keep the online store as up to date as possible, however please keep in mind that the range of stock includes fashion lines that are constantly changing, as well as some one-off items that can’t be repeated. As a result, there may be an occasion where a listed item can’t be supplied. If this occurs, an email will be sent as soon as possible to advise you and arrange an alternative option. 2. Product Colour
Whilst we have tried to ensure the colours of products displayed are as accurate as possible, please be aware that your monitor may affect the appearance of colours shown. As such the product you purchase may differ slightly from the images you see. If you are trying to match a specific colour or need further clarification, please contact info@myaddiction.com.au prior to ordering.
3. Payment
Payment in full, including any freight charge (if applicable) is required prior to dispatch of the goods. My Addiction offers a link to PAYPAL, which is a secure on-line payment system with strong measures in place to protect customers from fraud. My Addiction provides this link as a convenience to customers, but is not responsible for the content or operation of any websites operated by third parties, specifically www.paypal.com.au
If My Addiction is unable to supply the goods ordered within a reasonable time, monies paid will be refunded in full.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, written and other materials on the website is owned, controlled or licensed by My Addiction and is protected by Copyright©, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. The content must not be reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded to a third party, transmitted, posted or distributed in any way without the express authorization of My Addiction.

My Addiction takes the privacy of its customers’ data very seriously. We do not disclose this data to third parties. When you register, we collect your name and email address and may use this to advise you of changes to the website or new products. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive these emails. We may record which products you are interested in or enquire after so as to improve the features and customer service on the website. We may also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables improvements to the service we provide.
